BMD welcomes back Cowboy Buck and Elizabeth for their 11th year performing at the festival.
Each year Cowboy Buck and Elizabeth are regulars at numerous schools and festivals.
Their highly acclaimed Education Through Entertainment shows offer a variety of positive, upbeat messages with such themes as safety, self -esteem, respect, teamwork, environment, as well as history.
Their songs and skits brighten up each audience by creating enthusiastic audience participation through song and dance, hand movements and laughter — this is education through entertainment!
Buck, the former manager, singer and songwriter for the “New Christy Minstrels,” changed his direction in 1989 when he settled in the Northwest and used his talents to create the highly successful “education through entertainment” program.
Elizabeth hails from the Great State of Oklahoma. Her musical influence comes straight from Pasty Cline, the Judds and Looney Tunes — but her true inspiration came in 1988 when she and Buck got married. Together Cowboy Buck and Elizabeth put on a high energy show which includes guitar, banjo, vocal impersonations, sign language, ventriloquism and cheek slappin’.
Their music and their personalities are sure to charm audiences of all ages.
